How to turn off auto-play video previews in iOS 13 for iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch

  1. Open the Settings app .
  2. In the Settings app, select Accessibility from the list.
  3. On the Accessibility screen, select Motion.
  4. On the Motion screen, select Auto-Play Video Previews to set the toggle switch to Off.
