How to change the appearance of on/off switches in iOS 13 for iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch

  1. Open the Settings app .
  2. In the Settings app, select Accessibility from the list.
  3. On the Accessibility screen, select Display & Text Size.
  4. On the Display & Text Size screen, select On/Off Labels to set the toggle switch to On.
