How to stop screen rotation in iOS 14 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch
1. Open the Control Centre. To do so:
On iPhones with Face ID, and iPads, swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen.
On iPhones with a Home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
Select the rotation lock button to activate the lock. Note: When active, the screen rotation lock icon will be red on a white background.
To return to the home screen page of apps by:
On devices with Face ID: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
On all other devices: Press the home button once.
